With the development of HADOOP-18956 , the _ZKDelegationTokenSecretManager_
class supports SSL/TLS based secure zookeeper access. The scope of this task is
to leverage the same functionality such that the Hive SecretManager LLAP
zookeeper client connects to the zookeeper server in a secure way.
