Thanks for the context [~vrozov]. I understand a bit better the situation but I
still miss the actual use-case. I guess you are saying that ORC files with
timestamps written with Hive 2.3.10 cannot be read correctly in Hive 4.x, is
that correct? Can you outline the scenario that causes the issue in the
description of this ticket? I suppose we will have to create such ORC files
anyway if we want to write a test case the confirms that the issue is fixed.
