Basically I was using this
[https://github.com/apache/hive/pull/5923/files#r2184908162] to generate the
notes, with a slightly format change on the final result. I was thinking
writing a script to make it easier, but current no process has been made.
For branch-4.1, I think we can update the RELEASE NOTES manually given we have
a very limited number of cherry picks since the add:
https://github.com/apache/hive/blob/branch-4.1/standalone-metastore/RELEASE_NOTES.txt.
