Currently the [documentation in the
Website|https://hive.apache.org/docs/latest/] appears as a long enumeration of
entries/links with little to no structure and duplicated entries.
It blends together [unrelated
pages|https://github.com/apache/hive-site/tree/main/content/docs/latest] which
can be roughly categorized as:
* design documents (many of those incomplete)
* meeting notes
* contribution resources (build instructions, book, presentation, etc.)
* language manual
* Hive Admin doc
* Hive User doc
* HCatalog doc
* Webhcat doc
The goal of this ticket is to categorize the existing pages into the sections
outlined above and move them to the appropriate directory so that users can
find the desired content faster and navigate easier through the Website.
Separating the content is also a first step towards a versioned documentation
since product doc changes across versions while the rest (contribution
guidelines, meeting notes, design docs, etc.) don't.
