Description:
After the migration of the wiki to the website (HIVE-28666) many pages contain
a comments section.
Example: [https://hive.apache.org/docs/latest/user/serde_27362059/]
The comment section is for the most part redundant and makes the doc pages look
ugly.
In addition, few pages have "Save" at bottom which can be removed. For example:
https://hive.apache.org/docs/latest/user/hive-transactions_40509723/
