As per the suggestions from [~okumin] , the cache can return a stale Iceberg
Table Object if within 24 hours of adding it to the cache, it was changed and
accessed in IcebergHouseKeeperService. In the worst case scenario, it can no
longer be an Iceberg table
This calls for the need to optimize the cache and invalidate the stale objects
