I spoke a bit too fast. I was able to repro the problem locally on the first
attempt with the command shared previously but it is intermittent. Sometime it
occurs and some others it doesn't.
I suspect that the error is caused by a certain state in the Derby database
that is dependent on the order the qtests are running in the particular split
(i.e., split18) but there must be something more to it cause its not reproable
on every run.
