Summary: Reduce the beeline installer size

There are two potential areas where the size could be reduced:
# Beeline pom.xml clean up. Check for unused dependencies or add more
exclusions to the largest dependencies. What can be removed from the final
standalone jar.
# Check the jpackage configurations for compressing or removing unused java
modules.
