Oops, I should have checked before starting to work on this - I was just about
to raise a PR.
I took a quick glance over Zsolt's PR and the changes look similar to what I
had to do too:
* Remove dependency on old libfb303
* Change thrift's version and fix compilation errors
* Upgrade HttpClient v4 -> v5
I will help reviewing the PR once the tests are green.
