HIVE-29724 added -dedupColumns to reduce duplicate column descriptor (CD)
metadata. The tool reports how many storage descriptors were updated and CDs
removed, but it does not confirm afterward that the metastore still reflects
the same partition/table column definitions. Without that step, operators must
infer success from counts alone or run manual checks.
This improvement adds an automated post-run validation pass so teams can run
the tool in production with clear pass/fail confidence.
