Description:
Currently, building the project with Maven 3.10.0 fails during the
afterProjectsRead phase.
_Suspect:_
Because of

Maven resolver 2.x changes , there are architectural changes in guice
dependency injection.
Upgrading to latest develocity extensions is working.
