Vectorized PTF supports avg, count, cume_dist, dense_rank, first_value, lag,
last_value, lead, max, min, ntile, percent_rank, rank, row_number and sum, but
none of variance, var_pop, var_samp, stddev, stddev_pop, stddev_samp. For
example, a query in vector_windowing.q still runs its reducer in row mode with
notVectorizedReason: PTF operator: stddev_pop not in supported functions [...].
