Good docs, [~ngangam].  The separate section works well.  I added some version 
information in the old DESCRIBE sections, including one in Display Column 
Statistics that needs your verification.  If that's okay, we can remove the 
TODOC2.0 label.

Question:  The old syntax in Describe Partition doesn't include an optional 
column clause, but your new section indicates that it went before the partition 
clause in previous releases.  Did describe partition always allow a column 
clause or was that introduced recently?  (If it's always been there, we can add 
it to the old syntax with a pointer to the new 2.0.0+ section but no other 
version information.)
