address golden file diff in encryption_join_with_different_encryption_keys and
TestDbNotificationListener in the final patch. TestTxnCommands2 is not
reproducible. Checked in master and branch-2.0. Will address follow up issues
in the subtasks. Thanks [~ashutoshc] for the review.
