I found the JIRA issue that removed the deprecated package: HIVE-6432 in
release 0.14.0 ("Remove deprecated methods in HCatalog"). So the doc should
say Hive version 0.14 instead of Pig version 0.14.
I'll fix it later if you don't get to it first.
