No problem. It looks good except for webhdfs url generation; it's probably
better to use URI class to parse the URI, and if it parses, replace the URI and
authority. For HA namenode authority doesn't need to be replaced either.
[~jingzhao] can you comment on how to detect if hdfs URL is HA? We are
basically trying to make webhdfs URL out of an existing hdfs url. We don't need
to do anything if it's not HDFS.
