It seems there is a corrupt entry in TAB_COL_STATS.txt, can you please replace
the line 101 (one with cd_demo_sk) to
{code}
default,customer_demographics,cd_demo_sk,int,1,1920800,,,,,1835839,0,,,,,1434571729,6296,_customer_demographics_
{code}
and see if it resolves the issue.
