Patch is pretty minor. The approach taken in HIVE-12646 to handle semi-colons
inside string literals didn't properly handle the scenario where a
double-backslash occurred at the end of a string literal. This patch fixes that
bug, and adds a new unit tests that ensures Beeline can handle a
double-backslash at the beginning, middle, and end of a string literal.
