[~jcamachorodriguez] This patch was created by [~pvary], and includes 
HIVE-13549 to check how many tests fixed. It lowered the failures from 254 to 
201
Also, [~aihuaxu] created and committed HIVE-14912 that lowered the failures to 
122.

I think it is safe to commit HIVE-13549, but it removes JDK7 support for 
q-tests only. Is that ok for 2.1.1?
