Updated patch with rebases, as well as the test from TestHCatClientNotification
fixed. TestHCatClientNotification seemed to be doing an exact match of json
produced, and thus, is too strict a test while not testing the api - thus, I've
updated other occurrences past DropPartition in that test as well, with this
update.
