Please assign the JIRA to yourself when you are planning to work on it so that
we don't step on each other's toes :) Reassigning this you .. btw I didn't get
into the details but if statistics diff is a problem, shouldn't we find a way
to ignore statistics diffs for qtests? Having different statistics has been a
known issue for flakiness in general.
