Alright, good news. I was able to get this running locally as well! Using the
Tez executor:
* I could do a simple insert into a table with an index and see records hitting
both
* Load ~200K records into a table
* Observe "small" queries hitting the index table then the data table
* Observe "large" queries only hitting the data table
