Version note: The intended release numbers were changed, so now this is in
branch-2.3 for release 2.3.0 but not in branch-2.2 for release 2.2.0. So I
changed the TODOC label to TODOC2.3.0.
[~csun], please change the version number to 2.3.0 unless you're going to
backport the patch to branch-2.2. Thanks.
Doc note: HIVE-16363 revises the description of *hive.query.lifetime.hooks* in
master for release 3.0.0.
