When using hints like {{/*+ semi(store_sales, ss_ticket_number, 1696809897)
*/}}, {{SemanticAnalyzer::parseSingleSemiJoinHint}} ended up parsing
1696809897 as the target column. Fix is to check "target" for numeric values.
