As present in Brickhaus brickhouse.udf.collect.UnionUDAF - it'd be helpful to
have a method that collects rows of maps into a single map. In this simplest
use case... select union_map(mapCol) would be fine. There are possible cases
for lambda execution or append or other failure cases, but I haven't come
across a strong need for them.
