The generic use case is to simply make the variable space from the pipeline or workflow being monitored be made available to the "Get Variables" transform in the pipeline doing the logging. My true motivation is that we are migrating from Pentaho to Hop and have an existing testing framework which run at a workflow level. I was hoping to capture the all the input parameters and variables at execution (due to legacy use of "Pass parameter values to sub pipeline" without defining parameters is sub pipeline).
