Fixes #8477 Enabling a project in Hop Web can run before the execution or explorer perspectives exist, which currently crashes GUI state save/restore. - Look up those perspectives on the current HopGui session and skip save/restore when they are missing. - Make `ExecutionPerspective.getInstance()` lazy-construct like the explorer perspective so callers never get null. - Skip explorer split/join tab menu items when the popup menu is missing (layout restore after #8481). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
