   ### Apache Hop version?

   2.19

   ### Java version?

   21

   ### Operating system

   macOS

   ### What happened?

   When defining the *Home folder* by a variable (${variable}) the variable is
not resolved by hop.

   ### Steps to reproduce

   1. Export an environment variable in the shell: `export
PROJECT_HOME_PATH=/path/to/project`

   <img width="463" height="156" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/90263d56-b654-44f9-9f28-10370ef37c39";
 />

   2. Open hop and create a new project
   <img width="1047" height="450" alt="Image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/b280a88e-f0ea-40f2-8441-0467f4910b82";
 />

   3. Add variable to Home folder
   Since the Home folder shows the variable icon I would expect that the
variable gets resolved and the hop-config.json would show/use

   ```json
         {
           "projectName" : "etl-prozess",
           "projectHome" : "${PROJECT_HOME_PATH}",
           "configFilename" : "project-config.json",
           "readOnly" : false,
           "group" : null,
           "tags" : [ ],
           "tagsAsDisplayString" : ""
         }
   ```

   It seems that hop is not able to read/access exported variables, this means
that the first three variable icons are misleading since non of them can use a
exported variable

 />

   ### Issue Priority

   Priority: 2

   ### Issue Component

   Component: Hop Gui, Component: Hop Config
