I'm currently testing the SMB plugin built by @bamaer. It currently based on SMBJ, supports both Metadata Connection profile and URI. Importantly, for us at least, it supports Microsoft Distributed File System (DFS) protocol. I cannot give an exact timeline on release as each plugin needs separate internal approval, but our plan is to open-source it. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
