### What happened?
The header icon of three transform pages in the user manual does not render:
- `pipeline/transforms/cratedb-bulkloader.adoc` references
`transforms/icons/cratedbulkloader.svg`, but the file is named
`cratedbbulkloader.svg` (typo).

- `pipeline/transforms/xmloutputadvanced.adoc` references
`transforms/icons/AXO.svg`, which is missing from
`docs/hop-user-manual/modules/ROOT/assets/images/transforms/icons/`.

- `pipeline/transforms/maskfields.adoc` references
`transforms/icons/maskfields.svg`, which is also missing from that folder (the
page is not published yet).
Both missing icons exist in the plugins
(`plugins/transforms/xml/src/main/resources/AXO.svg` and
`plugins/transforms/maskfields/src/main/resources/maskfields.svg`) and only
need to be copied to the docs assets.
