The Enhanced JSON Output manual now describes both tabs. The Group Key tab says to sort the input by every group key, points at Get Fields (#5167), and explains that the element name is the property name in each grouped file item. It does not rename the downstream Hop field. The Fields tab says the element name is the JSON key and can differ from the field name. The element name is used.
