### What needs to happen? The Surefire report output transform (added in #7506, in the Output category) writes a Maven Surefire/JUnit XML report from test result rows. It is part of the distribution, and `integration-tests/scripts/run-project-tests.hpl` uses it, but it has no page in the user manual and `SurefireReportOutputMeta` has no `documentationUrl`, so the transform's help button has nowhere to go. Add `pipeline/transforms/surefirereport.adoc` with its options (report filename, test suite name, create parent folder, the test name / duration / result / system out / system err / failure message / failure type fields, duration in milliseconds, fail on test failure), add it to the navigation, and set `documentationUrl` on the transform. ### Issue Priority Priority: 3 ### Issue Component Component: Documentation -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
