…d Check files locked, fixes #9117

Compare folders matches entries by their path under the compared folder,
resolves the wildcard and only uses it with 'Let me specify'. An invalid
wildcard is an error in Compare folders, Folder is empty and Check files locked
instead of a wrong result or a stopped workflow. DOS to Unix and Check files
locked treat missing result row fields as empty, and DOS to Unix matches the
wildcard against the file name (a whole-path match still works).
