The Rules executor transform (`plugins/transforms/drools`) compiles its DRL again for every input row. `RulesExecutorData.execute()` calls `kieHelper.getKieContainer().newKieSession()` on each row (`RulesExecutorData.java:142`). `KieHelper.getKieContainer()` is not a getter: each call parses the DRL, compiles it with ECJ and builds a new `KieContainer`.
