The pom changes look good. I assume that you're thinking of moving the
bin/htrace go code over to the {{htrace-htraced}} project in a follow-on
change? That seems like a good idea.
I think we should shade the htrace-htraced dependencies the same way we shade
the htrace-core ones. It should be pretty easy just to add a few maven-shade
lines in the pom.xml, in this change or in a follow-on. Then we don't have to
worry about this conflicting with Hadoop's CLASSPATH and stuff.
Are we thinking about jetty 9 on this or something?
