Adds a test dir to htrace-htraced (I suppose depends on HTRACE-51 going in
first since it creates the new htrace-htraced module).
Adds a little test utility for making datadirs under target to home test
processes on.
Adds a little HTracedProcess which can be used to start/stop HTrace instances
(tests will pass dirs made by the datadirs utility to home HTrace inside test
dirs).
Added small test for the HTracedProcess class.
Getting the path for the htraced binary is ugly. Will be easier when htraced is
in same module and out from under src dir.
