Here is an example of what I mean. You can just change the default value of
{{HTRACED_WEB_DIR}} to reach into the {{htrace-gui}} directory. No need to
re-run Maven every time you make a change to the javascript.
Of course we'll need to do some copying during packaging (not in included in
this patch)
Also rather than actually moving web to htrace-gui, I created a symlink to
avoid the patch becoming enormous... of course in a real patch I'd move it
