Yeah, I would really like to see htrace-hbase get support for the new web UI.
I think Stack had some ideas about how to do that... you could ask him when he
gets back from vacation.
bq. It is true after whole spans in trace are received but traceId is useful to
store spans into HBase as it arrives (and Bigtable). Using traceId as rowkey
keeps spans in same trace stored in same place
With this change, a span with one parent will have the same top 64 bits as that
parent. So there should be the same locality benefit.
