It's confusing because filing jiras about "htrace" could mean the whole
project, or just that tool. Also, we have configuration prefixes like
{{htraced.log.path}}. I would like to have {{htool.log.path}} just be for the
tool.
How about {{htdtool}}? It would be nice to have something short to type.
Also, this tool is really only for {{htraced}}, not for all of {{htrace}}.
