Thanks for the review.
Maybe we should have some option to htraced that would print all the possible
configuration options and exit. It would be tricky to enumerate all the
possible log options, but pretty easy to enumerate the "basic" set of
configuration options. Probably a post-4.1 project at this point, unless
someone gets motivated...
