+1 with @zeodtr We should have a validation check in the final phase of
build, so an auto generated builder maybe inappropricate. How about this:
```
struct TableMetadataBuilder(TableMetadata);
impl TableMetadataBuilder {
...
pub fn build(self) {
// validate
self.0
}
}
```
