I think everything is correct. Once the table is created I execute:

query = f"""ALTER TABLE
job_catalog.{args['glue_db']}.{args['glue_iceberg_tablename']} SET
TBLPROPERTIES ('write.spark.accept-any-schema'='true')"""
spark.sql(query)
```
