This change adds field `ChronoUnit unit` to `TimestampType`, such that
`TimestampType` now represents four specified types:
- `timestamp` (existing)
- `timestamptz` (existing)
- `timestamp_ns` (added in #8683)
- `timestamptz_ns` (added in #8683)
