@nastra @aokolnychyi I have rebased on main and resolved the conflicts with the `RewriteManifestsSparkAction` refactoring. As I mentioned before, I have introduced `ManifestWriter.Options` and `ManifestListWriter.Options` to be passed to `ManifestFiles.write` and `ManifestLists.write`.
