Review comment:
Iceberg needs only to read, write, and rename files/directories within
the path. I don't see any risk of mounting a directory for a quick demo. The
only time I faced some issues with mounting when we open the file from the host
and try to access it from the container. And this happened with Windows and
Docker, otherwise, it works like a charm.

Could you please tell us what kind of tool we can provide? The only way I
see it is to rebuild the image.

Review comment:
We will add more shortcuts like `start_demo.sh` and `stop_demo.sh` so
there will be more files like these. Meanwhile, with the Makefile we can group
all shortcuts (commands) in one single one.
