I'm 100% in agreement with this.
> As for the implementation details, I think we can introduce a new visitor
(_ConvertToIcebergWithFreshIds) for this.
That makes sense as well - I think we can use a simpler version of
_ConvertToIceberg without all the enhancements related to name_mapping support
for this task.
