@flyrain This is already spelled out in the [REST Spec](https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/main/open-api/rest-catalog-open-api.yaml#L78). The warehouse property is just a value that is passed to a catalog implementation and has no specific requirement that it is a path. This was typically a path with something like HiveCatalog implementation or HadoopCatalog implementation, since that was the forwarded on to the underlying implementation. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
