It seems related to https://github.com/apache/arrow/pull/46012, I'm not sure
if this worth a update of arrow version since no recent release including this.
I fix this by manually apply the change from that PR.
I created this issue to document this error in case anyone else encounters
it. We will update arrow once a new version is released.
