Did another update to get rid of the `concurrent_tasks` argument. It now defaults to the `max-workers` Config. I also refactored `to_arrow` to use `to_arrow_batch_reader` under the hood to prevent duplicate implementations of the same functionality. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
