It would be awesome if you could run https://github.com/benfred/py-spy and attach the produced flame graph! I want to bet that it is the `self._table.inspect.files()` located [here](https://github.com/apache/iceberg-python/blob/main/pyiceberg/table/__init__.py#L850) but py-spy will confirm.
